The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I got it delivered and it arrived perfectly on time. The owners are super friendly and helpful when I needed advice on which flowers to get for Mother's Day. Definitely ordering again!
I never write reviews, but I was so horrified by what happened to me that I had to share my experience. I ordered the premium FLY AWAY BIRTHDAY BOUQUET for my mother's milestone birthday because I wanted a full looking arrangement. I paid $99.93 to get the premium bouquet. When I visited my mother, I saw the arrangement and it looked nothing like the beautiful full bouquet that I had ordered. See attached pictures. I know it's never going to be exact, but this isn't right. When I called to express my disappointment, they sent 5 individual stems of flowers. I'm so very disappointment in Landmark. I entrusted you with a special occasion banking on you delivering the product that was advertised on your website. I will never use your shop again.
DON'T DO IT! Flowers were nothing like what was ordered. I could've plucked better from my backyard. They never answered the phone and email on website isn't valid.

I ordered a arrangement through 1800 Flowers that looked like a birthday. This is the florist that was used, when I tell you it looked NOTHING like what was ordered. I immediately called and filled a complaint. I don't know why I was not contacted if they couldn't duplicate the arrangement
