I ordered the day of and they were delivered before 5pm! Beautiful arrangement and great communication with the florist. Not sure what happened with other peoples orders but mine was delivered quickly and was exactly as pictured.
The ordering process and checkout process were easy, however, I was disappointed in the actually arrangement I sent to my friend. The photo on the website showed a lush succulent arrangement and what was sent was sub-par. I know they have substitutions depending on what is available however what was sent was definitely not worth the price. The container was nice it was not nearly as filled and beautiful as it should've been according to the product image on the website. It looks like something I could've gotten at a hardware store - it's pretty disappointing.
great flowers and service! note that they've moved to 7025 columbia pike in annandale. gave me an extra $10 worth of flowers for the hassle of driving out there.
I love this florist. We have used them for years and have never been disappointed: flowers always exquisite and delivered on time.
We ordered several hundred dollars worth of flowers and arrangements for my husbands funeral at Arlington National Cemetery in February. They told us they did this quite often and had it under control. The day of the funeral however, they delivered the flowers to the WRONG location at Arlington, meaning my grieving family had no flowers during the funeral or roses to place on the casket. When we contacted them (both immediately and repeatedly over the past 2 months) Buckingham Florist never responded, addressed, apologized, or did anything whatsoever to make things right. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They had one job and failed to fulfill on one of the most important and emotional days for my family. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
