These flowers ud83cudf38 were to be for a special occasion. I feel that during this time a family members funeral or home going service is even more special. You want to make sure that everything is perfect. We chose to have flowers delivered in her favorite color. (Pink). So we chose this florist and ordered pink and white flowers ud83cudf38. Well they were sent but no where in the arrangement were pink flowers. My family was so disappointed ud83dude1e. When called to inquire we were given the run around and offered a 25.00 reimbursement for a 150.00 plus arrangement. What? Not acceptable at All. Never recommending them to Anyone. So glad that she’s in heaven and able to have all of the pink flowers ud83cudf38 anytime. ud83dudc7cud83cudffd

Flowers came a day late and don’t look like the picture. $60 is $40 more than I would pay for these flowers

All I can say is wow, and not in a good way. Stay away....far far away. If you get scammed by this florist and used pro flowers, don’t waste your time with the florist, they will deflect blame. Just deal with Pro Flowers explain the situation and get reimbursed or have them use a different florist.

I would love to rate this company with 4 stars because after reading reviews I was so hesitant to use them but they did 21 centerpieces for my event and they came out beautiful and worked well me up until the event and delivered day of on time. BUT ... after my event and refusing to take check and needing payment in full before the event I was charged twice for my arrangements and called several times, sent several emails, promised numerous times my refund for the double charge and nothing!!! I am very angry because now I will not be able to use them again and I should of listened to the other reviews and have to sit on hold with my credit card company for over an hour to have this corrected!
