Have to say not very friendly Have call multiple times over the past few weeks & even though I have an account with this company To be told that the sales rep I had no longer works for the company And they don't have enough sales people to take an order for me When I can come to the flower shop right down the street from my shop. Now I see why there Richmond branch closed and there rating is only a 2.3 they don't have to worry about me calling again.

I was a customer of Dunman for many years. I was one who paid EVERYTIME I got product. The LAST time I ordered I spoke the Owner, who was very rude and Wanted to know what I charged for dish gardens. I stopped doing business as a result, so I decided to give them another chance. I called today. I spoke with someone they ask If I was an existing customer. She transferred me to someone . I told her I used to buy all the time. She sd they were not accepting any new customers. I said I want to give you money. That did not seem to matter. I guess in this economy, especially Covid19, they don't care if you pay with no issues.

The owner is very rude!! I wonder if everyday is a bad day for her,,,,, I'm guessing yes!
