My son and I stopped in today for birthday flowers for my mom. The gentleman working there came out and asked if we needed help. My son picked out an arrangement premade, and the gentleman carried it to try counter and asked if we wanted to write out a card to go with it. He let my son pick out a card, and then he attached it to the card holder. He joked with my son and was so easy to talk to. Making the experience so enjoyable. We were only there a few minutes but my son and I were happy to be there and meeting such a kind and warm man. We will definitely be returning.
Ordered an arrangement and it looked nothing like the photo from their site and half the size! I would at least expect it to be similar! I called them and the man just said he subbed a couple flowers because they were out and offered no help other than sorry about that! Definitely order elsewhere!
I ordered an arrangement of roses via 1800flowers and requested same day delivery. They did not disappoint! The gentleman delivering the flowers maintained social distancing, while also maintaining the courteous professionalism that will have me returning for future floral needs. Thank you!!!
