Absolutely wonderful experience! I placed an order in the morning and the flowers were delivered the same day before 3 pm. I called to check on my order and the customer service could not have been more friendly, caring, and helpful. The flower arrangement was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for! This was my first time using this florist and I will 100% use again and recommend to friends and family!!
We called from out of state to order flowers for a friend in the local hospital. We ordered an arrangement like the one we saw on their website. The lady who took our order over the phone was extremely nice and friendly. I can already tell she takes pride in her work! We would order from them again!
I sent a bouquet to my mother for her 80th birthday this week. I live out of town so it is oftern a risk to order over the phone, and not see what you are getting. Blumen Haus was so very helpful taking my order over the phone, and even called me back to see if I had suggestions for a flower they were out of. They even texted me a picture of the bouquet to see before delivery. My experience was great, and I will definitely go back to Blumen Haus for future flower orders.
The flowers were lovely. They survived 5 days on a neighbor's porch. The only way I found them is my friend asked me finally about them, because I had not mentioned getting them. When I called, the woman was accusatory. She stated that the flowers were delivered, and they called and texted me. Um, no they did not. I asked her to return my friend's payment and she refused. They offered a replacement arrangement, but I told her no thanks...who knows where I would have to look.
I live in Charlotte, NC and wanted to send flowers to my daughter who lives and works in Roanoke, Va. I did a search on the internet and chose Blumen Haus. They did an outstanding job. They delivered the flowers on time and the bouquet was beautiful. I recommend them without any hesitation.
