I order sympathy flowers. When I seen the flowers yesterday everyone was telling me how gorgeous the flowers was. I love the florist piece. Customers Services is Amazing! Employees very passionately. I would recommend Touch Of Elegance, Highly-qualified. I cannot thank the staff enough .
So I guess I should've read the reviews before I placed my order.... Good things first - they were very nice over the phone and did a great job with a same day delivery. Bad part - it looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what I ordered. Supposed to be in a cute mason jar - NOPE. Supposed to be a pretty mix of pastel colors - NOPE. I wish they would've told me when I ordered that they couldn't do it. At least that way I wouldn't be so disappointed. I would not use them again. Pay more somewhere else and get the flowers you want. See the pics for reference.....

The owner and folks arranging the flowers were very courteous and helpful in my time of need. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted at the price I needed. I'll be recommending them and using them again in the future.
