Wonderful! Very polite. Answered phone on Saturday and the owner personally took my order and delivered the flowers himself a couple of hours after I called. The arrangement was gorgeous and lasted well into the second week. Highly recommended!
Excellent basket floral arrangement they put together for my Mother's Homegoing service!
I wanted to send flowers to my daughter who lives a few hours away, their customer service was exceptional, their friendliness was above and beyond, and the arrangement exceeded my expectations, it was stunning, and was delivered within an hour of me calling to order it!!! I would recommend Miss You flowers to everyone! What a blessing to have such a wonderful florist to take care of the Roanoke VA area!!!
Wanted to order a plant arrangement from their website to be delivered to my girlfriend who lives in Roanoke as I live out of town as a surprise. The pictures on the website are apparently “really outdated” and the plant wasn’t what I ordered. I wanted to support a small local business and I do not regret doing that, my advice to any future consumer would be to ensure that the picture that’s advertised is exactly what will be delivered, the people here were really apologetic when I called to voice my concern respectfully. I understand times are tough but I feel it is imperative to correctly advertise the products you’re selling to keep this from happening again.nnIn response to the owners reply: the plant I was looking for was a Red Manthara plant which is what is pictured in your dish garden with basket #4 on your website.nnUpdate: They have reached out to me and made this right and i can not commend them enough on the stellar customer service. Updating my review to reflect. Will do business here again.
Had heard great things about this place and when my wife needed flowers sent to her grandmother in a nursing home for her birthday I thought we’d try them out. This is an awesome family run business that had a great selection and great service. I’m new to the area and with a wife and daughter I’m assuming I’ll be frequenting this place often for all my floral needs and special occasions!
