I ordered a last minute bouquet for a same day delivery on Feb 1, 2021, and it wasn't delivered (on that day) . I paid extra for guaranteed same day delivery by 3pm, but he didn't receive the gift... until the following day! (You must place the order by noon to guarantee same day, and I placed the order online and received the email confirmation by 1140am, so I cut it close but made it in time. )nnAt 4:30, I called the florist to make sure the delivery was good to go and waited in an automated queue. When a real person answered, they hung up on me. Thinking that might have been accidental and knowing they close at 5, I called back and waited in line again.nnA young lady answered and seemed confused by my questions. She was polite, though, and said she would look into the matter and call me right back. It's now 6:30, and I haven't been called back...nnI left a 3 star review instead of 1 because I've been into the store in person before, and they seemed like really nice people. But... when you pay money for delivery and then extra dough to guarantee the same day... get hung up on, and then ignored... sigh... ud83dude15 that's just not good business.nnMore importantly, my surprise birthday gift was ruined as I had the poor family out searching their porch for possible drop off deliveries.nnI would advise not to use the online ordering service and definitely not the same day. Either go in in person or talk to the actual florist, not an assistant. They really do have some beautiful arrangements. It's a shame.nn**Update** Flowers were delivered by 11 the next day while at work. They were absolutely gorgeous... just extremely late... sooooo don't bother paying for guaranteed, same day delivery.

Absolutely love Finishing Touch Florist!!!! I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs... they have it all from fresh flowers, balloons, locally made gift items and my favorite is the veteran made candles. I purchased a welcome sign and flowers for my daughters new home and she loved them so much!!! Thank you

RECOMMEND 100%!!! I honestly have had a hard time ordering flowers for delivery as they would arrive to recipient and not be what I want BUT not from here. I have bought flowers from here - two deliveries and 1 arrangement I just picked up today and I can only say, they're SPECTACULAR! Will use this florist 4EVER!

What a pleasure to do business with. I am in NY and ordered some birthday flowers for my sister, and received confirmation that they were delivered. Not having received a call back from her, I called only to find out that she was away and not back till next week. I called Finishing Touch, explained to Michele what had happened.. it took her 2 seconds to assure me that she would have the flowers picked up and delivered next week. That’s what I call a great company.

The flowers for our wedding turned out beautifully. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but knew I wanted something a little different, not cookie cutter, and a little wild, and Finishing Touch far exceeded my expectations. They even added little rubber ducks to the bouquets at the last minute for me - I collect rubber ducks and my fiance used 50 little ones to propose to me, so those proposal ducks were what went into the bouquets. They chose just the right color combinations, worked within my budget, and everything turned out completely beautiful. Highly recommend!!
