This place is AMAZING!!! My bouquet of flowers was absolutely beautiful. The people here were so friendly and nice! I shows them pictures of what I wanted and they did it! They sent me text messages of their progress and even send me a picture of my bouquet after it was done. And they even delivered the flowers to my ceremony! But that’s not all; they even gave me extras flowers to put on my wedding cake! I highly recommend them!! They’re the BEST!!!
I cannot recommend Flower Imagination highly enough. They are so great to work with. I have ordered from them twice now and each time they have gone above and beyond. I will never order flowers from any other company (assuming the recipient lives within Flower Imagination's delivery radius, of course). I often feel bad about the amount of money that it costs to send flowers to someone, but with Flower Imagination I know I am getting every pennies worth, both in customer service and in the beautiful arrangements they make.
Ordered flowers with not much of a window for delivery for same day. Add on to the fact that the flower arrangement I had ordered included flowers that were either out of stock, or they're not in season. Not only did Flower Imagination quickly call me to inform me that, they quickly made an arrangement that would work. I had ordered the flowers to ask someone out on a date. Got the date, the arrangement was beyond expectations, and delivered on time! Obviously, I'll be ordering flowers on a regular basis, and I'll be ordering from Flower Imagination.
The best communication, easy to work with, and absolutely outstanding flowers. I gave them a vague idea and they ran with it! They were very reasonably priced and stayed on top of my project even when I was neglecting it! They exceeded my expectations and I was over the moon with the outcome.
Flower Imagination is the BEST!!! I am so impressed with this florist. You must give them a try.
Flower Imagination is definitely the florist to call if you want to send flowers to the University of Utah Hospital since they are close and deliver there. And they are perfect for sending flowers to anyone in Salt Lake City.
I called them to have flowers sent to my sister at the University of Utah Hospital. They were so nice to me, and they put together a gorgeous bouquet. And they were kind enough to text me a photo of the arrangement since I’m not local. They also completed everything SO incredibly fast. It was perfect!!!
If you want to send flowers to anyone in Salt Lake do NOT call a business like 1-800-flowers. I’ve used those national florists before, and they’re terrible. Use a local florist, and call Flower Imagination. They are wonderful, and you really get a fabulous product for your money!
