My cat had been acting up for a while, but I couldn’t get her in to see a vet because there is such a wait due to social distancing protocols. As soon as I downloaded the BetterVet app I was able to get an appointment within the week (since they are mobile). Such a relief to know that nothing was seriously wrong with her. Plus, the team was great.

I recently had a video consult and could not have been happier. I was nervous about my dog’s behavior late at night but didn’t know if I needed to take him to the emergency room or not. It was an easy fix for Dr. Hannah to tell me I didn’t need to worry. Gave me such peace of mind and I could sleep without stress.
This service is so convenient! I don’t have to worry about taking time off during the day when I’m working from home, and you get to schedule your pet’s appt yourself in the app. Plus, the BetterVet team is the best! Will be using BetterVet from now on.
Such a great service. Hadn’t taken our dog to the vet in a while because of the pandemic, and was a little nervous about the visit, but Ozzy's just seemed tired and weird lately. Our vet didn’t have any availability because of covid, but with BetterVet I was able to have a free video call with a vet the same day I got the app. It was so great I booked a home visit right after, and oz got a full examination right in our front yard. The perfect service for these strange times we’re in, will be sticking with BetterVet from now.
