Has an emergency room for Animals just like a human Hospital. Unfortunately due to the shutdown due to the virus pandemic you can't go in to the building they do everything by phone or come out to the parking lot to get your information and pick up your pet. It is a high-quality Veterinary Clinic that is like a teaching Hospital. All the staff is very attentive and professional. Be sure to bring your checkbook or credit card you'll be needing it.
All of the staff members that I've encountered both times I came here were so empathetic and kind from the second I got there until the second I left. Unfortunately I was there to have my cat cremated, and was there last year for the same reason. However they made me feel confident that they would treat my cats body with respect. Last year, it took only a week or so to get the ashes back and it came in a very nice wooden box. They also do a clay paw print for no extra charge. I have had great experiences with Tufts for what I needed and I would and have recommended it to family and friends!
Great service during covid
We brought our old girl in for her last day. They were so thoughtful and caring.
My daughter was very concerned about her leopard gecko and we took it in for emergency care.. everyone was wonderful, kind and caring.. this was our first experience there and we will definitely go back.. thank goodness child and gecko are doing wonderful
