Zero Stars!!!..My husband was trying to surprise me with an order of strawberries. He told me he had trouble placing the order because the young lady on the phone was talking very low and he also had to keep repeating himself because she was not taking down the information correctly. They had been on the phone for some time before she announced she was “training” and then someone else appeared on the phone to “help out”. That didn’t make a difference my husband found out by calling the corporate office because when following up on the order with corporate..they COULD NOT FIND IT! Every piece of information he submitted was incorrect besides his name and his credit card information!!!! The phone number (vital information) was incorrect which made it difficult for anyone to follow up especially the driver that was delivering the package. He is very upset! And so am I!! It was a surprise that turned into a stressful moment he had to share with me making it no longer a surprise. You would think that during these hard times when people are being careful with money and saving and choosing whom to do business with...you would get the service that was deserving. First time. Last time. Never again!!!! Sincerely, a writer with Twitter fingers....

Wife got this delivery for my birthday since I was stuck in hotel after daughter had brain surgery and couldn’t do anything. She called and they specially told her they would bring it upstairs so I wouldn’t have to get my daughter out to pick it up. She got notification it got dropped off but never got delivery. Finally called front desk and they said they just dropped it off at front desk (1.5 hours later) called down and they said it was there. Had to get my daughter in her wheelchair and go downstairs to pick it up and the balloon was popped in multiple places and food just sitting out in open with everyone walking by it. Unacceptable and never going to give them business again.

ZERO stars if that was possible, but I have to give 1 star or my review won’t post. Ordered a 70 dollar arrangement to be delivered to my in laws yesterday. Got an email at 1:00 pm yesterday that it was successfully delivered. Never heard from my in laws thanking me, which is unusual. Emailed my mother in law last night asking if she received the fruit. She had no idea what I was talking about. She said concierge calls up to her apartment when she receives a delivery. They never called her because the recipients name WAS NOT WRITTEN on the package. No effn name on the package! Could belong to anyone! How hard is it to write a name on a package? It’s not brain surgery. It’s your job!!!nThe fruit was sitting out unrefrigerated for 17 hours. It’s ruined and they can’t eat it.nSadly, I read all the bad reviews for this location AFTER I placed the order so I was expecting a fail from this place anyway.

I love edible arrangements and all of there locations I give them a Fat!!!! 5 thumbs up but if your in the Suffolk county district in Boston do not order from the south Boston branch unless you want to hear ghetto and disrespectful customer service other branches is amazing all around
