What a great and beautiful store it is not overwhelming but soothing to your sight!
$175+ for 2 dz loose roses? Alaska prices I don’t think so. I worked at an Alaskan flower shop for 15+ years. $20/ dz with greens and filler. Know of MANY Alaska flower shops who charge at most $25/ dz loose roses. Sitka is not out-of-the-way nor unaccessible by Alaska Airlines.
I order from Kentucky to my new grandson people was helpful and very friendly got my order to hospital and even send me pic of what they sent the a t place to orfer
Bev's Flowers helped me create special arrangements for our wedding day from a distance. We live in Florida and had an exceptional experience with great customer service and attention to detail. Bev's Flowers went above and beyond to make our day special. When we showed up for our wedding in Sitka, everything was great! Thank you for making our special day more floral.
I tried to place an order online last night, the website did not give me the option for my credit card brand. So I called the shop directly this morning to place the order. The employee that answered the phone acted as if I was interrupting her day, she was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Sending flowers can be an expensive purchase especially in SE Alaska, the price has never bothered me since I know the delivery will surprise my employees and I help to make their day a little brighter. But I do expect a positive customer service experience when placing the order. Within a minute of the conversation I decided I was going to place my order and spend my money with the other flower shop in Sitka...nSitka Flowers - Chocolate Moose. I am glad I did the lady at that shop was friendly and helpful. Going forward I will be placing all orders with this shop not at Bev's, I will also recommend that my employees and our guests do the same.
