First time taking my little Yorkie here! And i am so happy with; first of all customer service. The girls at the front desk were friendly and answered all the questions I had. So thank you ladies! It’s hard going to a new place, you made it comforting. Second, the wait wasn’t long being that I was a walk in, and only needing a vaccination and nail trim. Last the Vet assistant was awesome! My 3lb Yorkie has a lot of anxiety when it comes to vet visits and trims. (I have to mention that before coming here I took him to Petsmart, and they weren’t able to do the nail trim due to him crying) being said that, my dog did not even scream/whine ONCE! and did so good! It was a first time good experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future!! Again, thank you ladies! And did I mention it was affordable! I’m just really happy with the service.

Everyone rating 4 or 5 stars are only doing so because of the walk in policy or because of how cheap it is. The vet himself is a horrible man with no bedside manor who hires people that are unqualified to do the job they need to do. I have been hear multiple times because of the money situation I am in. And every time I leave hear I want bad things to happen to this man and his staff. Extremely unprofessional in every way. He doesn't need your money and treats you and your animal as such. If I didn't have to go here I wouldn't. It makes me feel like a bad pet owner for no having the money to take them somewhere else when there is an emergency. Please stay clear of this vile and despicable man and his crew. You will see why if you don't. I promise you.

They are friendly and helpful. They'll answer your questions and put your mind at ease before and after your initial visit. We had our dogs teeth cleaned and they were back to white! Nice job and affordable prices.
