Susie's Medford Flower Shop

I highly recommend ordering from Susie's Flower Shop. I purchased some flowers for my mom while she was in the hospital and I messed up on the delivery date. They were easily able to accommodate me by changing the time and they called me to let me know as soon as they were delivered. The service was phenomenal, but also very kind and courteous.

I ordered flowers for my 93 year old Mother who lives in a retirement home after losing everything in the wild fire. She called to tell me what a beautiful bouquet she received. She went on about the arrangement and how it brightened her day and how beautiful it is. If you want to make someone happy call Susie’s Florist. The lady that I spoke to was friendly and very helpful.

I was really disappointed with Susies. I used them 8 years ago for my wedding and was so happy! They nailed it and were friendly and very helpful. I referred them to my friend getting married and after a few weeks of first being told they couldn’t do my order because it was too close to Mother’s Day (mind you it’s the end of June) so they didn’t even know what order I was talking about, then being told they hadn’t done it but would get it to me this Monday. I waited until Friday to call and ask and again they hadn’t done anything. Told me they were really busy with just the two of them and suggested I go somewhere else. This is potentially a very large order and I understand being busy but it just takes better communication and following through with what you say. Such a shame

But they turned out great! My mother LOVED them and it even felt more personal and special knowing that the owner dropped them off herself. I really can't recommend them more for their amazing customer service and smile they put on my mothers face.

She was extremely flexible and kind during all of the changes with the pandemic. I love that she is concerned with sustainability and low waste, and she donated my flowers to a hospice the day after the wedding. One of my friends told me my wedding flowers were the prettiest she had ever seen, and I have to agree.
