Not Recommended.nWe entrust florists with vital moments in our lives. Some of theme joyous and some tragic. On April 15 a good friend of mine and professional associate unexpectedly took his own life. Totally out of character. The tragedy is monumental. He left behind a two young daughters he was very close to and a loving wife. Its hard to write those words with out emotion. He was a really good guy who made peoples lives better and was loved by the community. There was no funeral for me to attend.nnI called Hermans and explained the situation and asked them to make up something appropriate. I set no limit on price. I just wanted an expression of my families grief and empathy sent to the widow.nnThree weeks later, I could not verify that the delivery was ever made - I had no idea what was delivered - if anything. There was no charge to my bank account nor receipt sent. I called about 3 or 4 times. On Friday May 6th they could not tell me if they were delivered. Then they told me that they could not deliver them - and had the widow pick them up. Then today I recieved an e-mail claiming that they drove them out and delivered them.nnA charge for $151 finally showed up on my bank account on May 7th. However they have had my card number laying around since April 17th. Who knows what they did with all my personal information...I am going to cancel my ATM card and get another one as I can not be sure they did not just toss my personal info in the trash where it can be found.nnI am more than disappointed. Given the nature of the occasion, I would have expected more consideration. I recommend you find another florist.

I wish I had been able to give a nice review. I rely on FTD for flowers living out of state and have used Herman's flowers in the past. The Mother's Day arrangement was not well put together and sparce.nnI sure wish the florist follow up to fix half arrangement had come through. Nothing was ever sent. No need for further follow up.

I called at the last minute on “Valentine’s Eve”. Pauletta and the designers in the background were so helpful and calm...you would have thought it was a Monday morning!! I will definitely use this florist again!!

In my opinion, Herman's makes the BEST floral arrangements in town. As a funeral director, I use them almost exclusively when arranging funerals. They're ability to make impossible deadlines and provide picture perfect floral arrangements, makes them dependable. The flowers are always big and beautiful, not like the small retail flowers. Excellent service every time.
