Went in about week before the wedding to get a bouquet, asked for something very specific. They said they could do it with no problems. Flowers that I requested didn't come in, no big deal, I can change the type of flowers without issue, they again said they could do it, I got 5 dying roses, a bunch of dying flowers, a whole lot of green leaves for over 100$, was originally suppose to be over 200$, and I would have paid 400$ or more for what I wanted. I was very disappointed and didn't use the bouquet. Don't promise something you can't make, I showed pictures of what I wanted, I was very specific and they did not deliver. Very disappointed, will never go back, I would suggest calling 800 flowers as a last resort over this place.
