Unwelcoming and abrupt. You’d think they’d have a bit better customer relation skills at a flower shop especially when you’re buying for a funeral. First and last time I’ll shop there.

Of course the flowers look good, they're flowers, the customer service is not great though, the older lady doesn't smile or at least didn't the 4 times I've been in there sense 2019. I will not be going again let alone reccomending them to any of my friends or family, especially for events like prom and twirp, support a better local business that actually cares about the community, not just themselves.

They did a wonderful job on a birthday order. I ordered over the phone and requested the Three Times a Charm, it arrived nearly identical to the picture and was beautiful! They were also able to do same day delivery. Thank you!

Great service! I made a mistake on the address and they caught it and called me on it. I live in a different town. The candy banquet was so cute and just what it wanted. Will definitely use them again if I need flowers delivered in Billings. Thank you
