I ordered flowers for my daughter, the morning of Valentine's Day. They were friendly and easy to work with. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and delivered within a few hours! Very pleased. I will definitely use them again!
I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT THIS REVIEW WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY A RIP OFF IF YOU'RE ORDERING SOMETHING FROM OUT OF TOWN TO BE DELIVERED HERE IN SHERIDAN. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME MY DAUGHTER HAS GOTTEN BURNED BY ANNIE'S WHO IS TRYING TO PASS OFF INFERIOR ITEMS AT A VERY EXORBITANT COST. BUYERS BEWARE AND BE SURE TO GET PICTURES AND FULL DISCLOSURES OF WHAT YOU'RE ORDERING BEFORE YOU PAY. SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO GIVE A LOCAL BUSINESS SUPPORT AND TO SHOP LOCALLY . SHE COULD HAVE GOTTEN A MUCH BETTER PRODUCT FROM WALMART, COMPARED TO WHAT ANNIES MADE FOR HER, BUT MY DAUGHTER WANTED SOMETHING EXCEPTIONAL FOR HER GRANNY WHO WAS TURNING 99 YEARS OLD. GAVE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT SHE WANTED ,AND WHEN SHE WAS SENT PICTURES OF THE ITEM IT LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING A THIRD GRADER THREW TOGETHER AT A COST OF $100.00. WHEN MY DAUGHTER EXPRESSED HER DISSATISFACTION THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, OR AN APOLOGY. THUMBS DOWN ON ANNIE'S.

Great service, with wonderful, informed people
The staff was excellent! They were so helpful in planning my party and when the plans were abruptly changed they were so kind and made a beautiful heart wreath and wonderful plant baskets that my family loved. I definitely recommend Annie Greenthumbs!
