Amazing delivery service like no other. UPS and Fed Ex bawk at package delivery at times. We live 2 1/2 miles up a muddy (this time of year), pot holed dirt road. We had 7” of snow yesterday and the deliver service literally had to gun their engine today to blast through our plowed snow berm. They walked the flowers up to our front door through 4+” of wet, sloppy snow. The flowers were beautiful and generous in the arrangement. Than you, Flowers by Paul!

My only job was to have a floral arrangement sent die my father in laws funeral. I go to the shop in person to order them, and when the event happened, they failed to deliver the flowers. My family was very upset for this to have happened. I go back into the shop for the complaint, the lady cried seemingly showing some sore of concern, she agreed to send my mother in law flowers for the next three months, so I’m okay with that. Now the third month is here, she sent one lovely bouquet of red roses the same month she screwed up, a pitiful bouquet of cheap stuff the next month, and this month she was supposed to send my mother in law two items, one bouquet and a table centerpiece neither of which did not show up. IF YOUR CONSIDERING THIS SHOP I WOULDN’T, they are not reliable!!!! Now I was not going to give them a terrible rating until I saw how the agreement was fulfilled. Now I am here to tell you, I wouldn’t use this shop, they are not true to their word and they don’t remember their obligation!!!!!

For years I never knew this place was here. I always get flowers from the florist in a grocery store. Let me tell you. Never again. They are soooooo good here. I was treated well, the work was amazing, and the flowers for my wife...I have not seen fresher and more beautiful. They are really good at what they do. And the quality is amazing. All perfect blooms.

This place is great! I live in Texas and ordered on their website for a friend in Post Falls. It was delivered the same day within a few hours ON A SATURDAY for the same delivery price as a weekday. My friend sent me pictures and they look beautiful. I was daunted by some of the bigger flower chains online and the bad reviews they were getting. Flowers by Paul had good ratings so I went with them and I'm glad I did. They did not disappoint!
