Let me tell you about business integrity and making sure the customer is satisfied, because Carson City Florists went ABOVE and beyond for me today. My girlfriend and I are long distance(I am in Florida) and I ordered flowers for her birthday from a large internet company. The company never contacted me and refunded the money without me getting any notification. I was furious and scrambling to find something that could get her flowers TODAY since the other company fell thru and failed.nnA quick call on the phone and explaining my situation and Carson City Florists made it happen. They explained to me how to make sure you aren't scammed or treated badly by these big internet companies. They treated me with upmost respect and made sure to get me an arrangement for her on extremely short notice. I am so grateful for this small business. Thank you so much!
Boyfriend order flowers to be delivered to my work by 5pm and never happen. He had to call and chase down the delivery driver, to at least get them home. He even had my boss have me stay late at work so he could have them be shown at work. His heart was broken more then mine. The flowers were over 90 dollars and at this time that kind of money isn't easy to come by. I feel he deserves at least a call of an apology. M. Macher
