I am truly amazed at the fabulous customer service I just received. Under these unprecedented times with this awful virus there are many business struggling to stay afloat and limited resources to keep up their high customer service. But this shop did not miss a beat. I was needing two orders for two separate occasions to be sent to one residence. I thought there is no way they could do this in the same day. They sent two of the most beautiful bouquets within about 1 1/2 hours. Simply blew me away. My family sent pictures and they are stunning. The delivery Lady had a arrangement of flowers being delivered to the same person but a different address per the recipient's request. Call and asked if it was ok to delivery mine to that address. Great customer services
