I placed a very last second order from a different city for a family member in Alamogordo. Not only did they promptly deliver my order, but it was absolutely beautiful and made the recipient very happy! They also called and were kind and professional. So grateful
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Imagine ordering flowers for your gf or wife for Valentine’s and they don’t even show up?? I called to see what happened and they said they showed up and left a tag on the door cause nobody was home and that was a lie. Definitely do not recommend this place. Totally unreliable and ruined a holiday.
I’ve used them for years. But the quality is going down hill lately. You definitely don’t get anything close to the pics on the website anymore. I kinda feel cheated for the price.
I'm so upset. I had wanted to get my bf a gift for a special occasion. They didn't deliver it the first time. Then, the second time, they decided not to deliver it at all. I called to get a refund but they said they are closed for COVID, so we'll see if I ever get a refund for not getting anything! I'm so upset. They ruined my surprise.
