Thank you for your excellent customer service...from the ease of ordering online from 200 miles away...to the care and understanding of your designer taking the item I ordered and turning into an amazing Mother’s Day arrangement (I saw a picture of the beautiful finished product)...to the phone call I received when the delivery person was outside my elderly mother (honoring my order notation that she was hard of hearing)...to the delivery driver waiting to make sure she got it inside. During such a crazy time it was inspiring to see heroes...even at a florist. Thank you and everyone at your business...you are all much appreciated.
