Charlotte' s Flowers

We not only loved Charlotte's customer service, but her gorgeous product as well! I couldn't wait for the professional pictures to post a positive review; please see cell phone photos attached. I had to downsize our order multiple times due to covid and each time I reached out, she was so pleasant and understanding. The bouquets and boutonnieres were gorgeous, sturdy, high quality, photographed so well and we will have them a lifetime to enjoy now!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing! She was quick to respond and has a beautiful image in her head. One thing I would really like to condemn her on is that she has no issue adding a little more flowers when I requested. She also has great prices and is very personable.
