Diane is THE BEST!! I’ve been to several different “top rated” florists here in Albuquerque and I’m always left somewhat disappointed. Not only was I very happy with the arrangement, but she had it done and delivered same day within a couple hours!! To top it off my girlfriend said it was her favorite arrangement she’s received. I will continue to come to Sonrisa from here on out. Don’t bother going anywhere else! Customer service was excellent! She was so attentive and the arrangements are so beautiful.
I loved working with Diane and Sonrisa Blooms! We had a very special 90th Birthday to create a special bouquet for. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom for her 80th birthday and was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement Diane created! She captured all the colors and flower types that I told her my mom liked and she called to ensure somebody would be home before she delivered the arrangement. It worked out beautifully and I would absolutely order from Sonrisa again!
The bouquet I ordered was so beautiful! Quite artistic and NOT your usual rose and carnation bouquet. I was thrilled with the friendliness of the service and same day delivery. I would DEFINITELY recommend this florist and will use her again.
Diane was a pleasure to work with and designed a stunning arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday. I didn't have a specific concept so Diane asked lots of questions to get to know my sister. She communicated with me throughout the design process, sent a picture for approval and made sure someone was home before delivering. My sister said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received!
