Bloom Flowers, gifts and more! Is a great place for buying a beautiful arrangement, a teddy bear and some nice chocolates, they sell locally made greeting cards as well as thank you cards and other gifts such as kitchen decor, a wide selection of crosses as well as a ton of locally made gifts and locally made Nic-Nacs the owner charges by the beauty of an arrangement and not by stem which I absolutely love you can get a bouquet full of an Abundance of flowers and gorgeous roses with a wide verity of colors for $100-$200 which would cost $500 at Albuquerque Florists or People’s don’t get me wrong I love People’s Flower Shop as well but Bloom is just the best Bank for you’re buck!!! I love this flower shop and I can’t wait to continue to get my floral needs at this shop.

Very sweet and understanding staff. About two weeks ago I chose Blooms to order an anniversary bouquet and I was nothing but pleased. They already have rose bouquets made but I wanted to customize them a little more and the florist was absolutely helpful, she helped me pick out flowers that would go well with roses. The front desk attendant, who I believe is now the new owner, was very kind not only to me but to the people who were in line ahead and after me. Amidst COVID-19 she understands that not everyone is employed yet still celebrating occasions, to that she lowered her prices on bouquets. You don’t see many businesses care so much about their customers like Blooms does. I would recommend them for all of your flowers needs.

Ordered a birthday boquet and paid $64 up front. Representative told me the owner would customize arrangement. Huge disappointment when it arrived. I was Embarrassed!

Worst experience ever, I wouldn't recommend this flower shop to my worst enemy. I ordered some Mother's Day flowers for my mom and discussed in detail the budget I was working with as I've lost my job and money is tight. I was greatly over charged for my flowers which were also not what was agreed on. Soon as I mentioned on the phone that the flowers weren't what was agreed on the owner Pamela starting yelling and screaming at me about how I wasn't going to get anything and that I don't criticize her flowers. She hung up on me. I called back and was planning to tell her that I was sorry if she was having a bad day but I just wanted to talk to her about the order. I wasn't given a chance as she starting screaming at me that I just wanted a freebie like everyone else and because I criticized her flowers I wasn't getting anything. I told her I just wanted my $55 bill which was agreed upon when I placed the order (I was yelling this at her because she had NEVER STOPPED YELLING AT ME. What happened to listening to the customer? What is going on with this world, we are all struggling but that doesn't mean you yell and scream at your customer and try telling them that they just want a freebie. Why couldn't she have talked to the person who took the order and at least tried to figure out where the breakdown in communication was. I'm a reasonable person but when I agree to pay one amount that is the amount I expect to be charged.nnAs far as the flowers they were beautiful but they were not everything I expected them to be. They were carnations and astrimariums which was what I requested but they were going to add a couple roses or lilies at the designers choice and they did not add these. I only used this shop because the shop I usually use was not answering their phone and I questioned it because of other reviews but felt I had no other options and so I took a chance. Apparently this was a huge mistake. Was also upset that when they delivered them the driver was not wearing a mask and made my mom and dad super uncomfortable as they are in their 70's and COVID-19 is going on.nnIn conclusion I will never use again or recommend this shop.
