Well she was very patient with me over the phone and helped guide me since I could not make up my mind as to what type of arrangement I wanted for my mother's funeral service. They delivered it to the church and it looked stunning! Delivered right on time as well. Such fresh flowers and they were arranged so beautifully. They were so perfect they looked fake! I highly recommend them!!! Very happy.

Though I was not the actual one to actually receive this arrangement, the Bloom Pic looked even better than advertised! I appreciated the updates I got for every step of the process in getting them delivered. Thank you for making someone's day a little extra special!

Flowers by Zach-Low made ordering incredibly simple! I called from out of state, ordering a sympathy bouquet. They were so friendly and helpful. I placed my order with a budget and the request to use sunflowers. They completely exceeded my expectations. I was able to submit payment over the phone. I received an initial email confirmation, then a second one with a photo of the arrangement!nnThey let me know that my order was on the second route for the day, and within a few minutes, I was sent a tracking number that could see live details of the order being delivered. Being over a thousand miles away, this was wonderfully reassuring.nnMy sweet friend, who is in mourning, thought the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. This florist is EXCELLENT! A friend's father recently passed away and I sent flowers to her mom who lives in abq. I am so happy I chose Zacks! The arrangement was gorgeous (she sent a photo), it looked even bigger and better than the picture, was delivered in a very timely fashion, their communication about delivery status was great, and the arrangement was truly a bargain! I completely recommend this florist, 100%! I wish they had one in Bozeman, Mt!
