I've received two floral arrangements from Mountain Flowers and they have been stunning. They were very easy to work with over the phone.
Love Mountain Flowers of Aspen - their arrangements are always so beautiful and unique. I use them frequently for weekly arrangements for home as well as special occasions. I worked with them for the first time for holiday decor in our home and the team was so well organized and creative - I don't know what I would have done without them! Wendy and the team at Mountain Flowers place an emphasis on customer service which is hard to find nowadays - I highly recommend them!!

Can I give them zero stars? I have used them numerous times for 7 years, but they were sold in the last couple of years and the newest manager is an absolute nightmare, unprofessional, unintelligent, rude, oblivious, and flat out bad at her job. I was shamed for not returning containers that clients chose to keep or give away at the very end of our events. Both clients were charged (mind you) for the property not returned. There was nothing more I could do as the planner. My second client was charged a shaming fee of $5 more per container - $35 for some of these containers!!! The manager who is bad at her job didn't have proper inventory and decided to make it my problem. She charged my personal credit card instead of the clients, she was an hour or more late dropping flowers off to one event, they didn't do at all what I had asked....I could go on and on about all of the additional things that went wrong, but I don't have that kind of time. So many better florists in Aspen, look elsewhere!!! They will be out of business soon enough.
The team at Mountain Flowers was terrific today. We were not 100% satisfied with our prom corsage. My son brought it in and they fixed it up beautifully AND sent him home with a lovely bouquet for me.nThat is great customer service!
