Wow! Gorgeous! Creative! Awesome Design!nI am a Floral Designer and I live in New Jersey. I called long distance and spoke personally and requested flowers to be sent to my sister in Grand Junction that day. I asked for “Bright and Cheery” - “Designers Choice”. As a Floral Designer myself, I love “Designers Choice” Arrangements, as it is an opportunity to show my own personal design flare and be creative outside box. Boy did they knock it out of the park! My husband and I eloped in the mountains of Ouray Colorado on 10.10.2020. It was a fall themed wedding and I wore a black dress. When I showed them examples of what I was looking for, I could tell my forest was excited from the start. Everything ended up matching perfectly. I couldn't have imagined a more stunning arrangement. They are extremely professional and want to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend!
My daughter who is currently serving in the army, wanted to send her mother some flowers for valentines day. The gal on the phone was absolutely 100 percent rude to her about it. I work nights and my wife works full time during normal business hours, and they struggled to get the flowers delivered to us. Once they did get ahold of my wife, same treatment on the phone to my wife. Very rude, and had a huge issue with the fact that we weren't available for their every waking need. Only plus side for this whole experience is they at least did a good job on the flowers, and the delivery guy was awesome. Maybe retrain the gal that talks to people on the phone. Really piss poor on that aspect.
I ordered a plant for my daughter who just opened her Naturopathic doctors office in that town. The plant was delivered on time and was gorgeous. My daughter was thrillednThank you for your excellent customer service!!!.
I ordered flowers for my sister after her dog passed away and was so pleased with the experience of ordering with Country Elegance. I even had to change the delivery time at one point but they were able to accommodate my request with no problem. I work in a funeral home and know the importance of being able to send flowers if you aren't able to be there physically to comfort your loved one and the staff really hit the nail on the head. Thank you so much!
