Moss Haus Flowers in Glenwood Springs is a special experience. It is a perfect compliment to the charm and beauty of this town. I bought flowers for my cousin that lives here, she has been going through some very tough times. When she saw them it almost brought tears to her eyes because the arrangement was just so perfect. Even if you are just passing through on the highway, I would HIGHLY recommend you stop at this quaint little flower shop. The service was second to none and the flowers were bright and beautiful!
The flowers that were delivered to my mom for her 88th birthday were absolutely gorgeous. I requested something bright and colorful and were they ever! A beautifully arranged, very full, mixed bouquet of many different flowers and colors. I was 100% satisfied and pleased and my mom was overwhelmed. Additionally the service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be ordering flowers from Moss Haus again. I called and left a voicemail, which was promptly returned. The lady that helped me was wonderful! So helpful! She explained everything very well to me and it was a pleasure speaking w/ her. Also, this is a local to Glenwood Springs company. Highly recommend.
Calling from out of state without knowledge of a business can be hit or miss. Not with Moss Haus! I was greeted and welcomed like an old friend. Cindy was able to tell me where the flowers came from and when, and how long they could be expected to last. I appreciate the photo of my order before it's even delivered, and then delivery confirmation. And same day service! This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Moss Haus for the beautiful arrangement for my mother's 85th birthday!
Cindy has helped me out every time I called or stop by . They have the best arrangements around town . No need to shop anywhere else for a beautiful bouquet.
