My family has been coming to Pagosa Feed & Nursery Co for our planting, gardening, and pet food needs since it opened more than a decade ago, and it has largely met those needs. Yesterday, however, two of my older family members, wearing masks, came here for gardening needs only to be met by a feeling of disregard for public health by Pagosa Feed in light of the current pandemic. Shop assistants were not wearing masks, were not socially distancing (in fact, crowding shoppers), and were generally fostering an unsafe environment for older folks and any shopper for whom getting sick is a serious threat. Not only is this disrespectful towards Pagosa Feed's older shoppers, and all shoppers, but this also goes against the county's and state's own recommendations and requirements for shopper AND employee safety. We have relied on this store for over a decade and it is sad for us to have to stop shopping here for the foreseeable future, but until the owners can acknowledge and address the risks they are placing upon their clients and their own staff we will not be coming here again. Pagosa Feed, please implement the basic protections that practically every other business in town is adhering to so that you will not further alienate customers, thank you.

High quality plants, flowers, trees and shrubs. Purchased a couple of orange rocket barberry for my wife and she loves the look, size, and color. Score!! Thank you PF&N!
