I walked in without calling ahead and asked Jeffrey if he could put together an arrangement for me to bring as a gift to a party later that day. I didn’t even know what kind of flowers I wanted; I just showed him pictures of where the party was and asked him to make something that matched the venue. In less than 10 minutes he produced something even better than I imagined. And he was very friendly! I highly recommend this business.

We originally started discussing having J Floral Art do the flowers for our wedding back in November. Everything seemed to be going well, I expressed wanting to get a contract in place and pay a deposit. Jeffrey explained that wasn't necessary... this became a problem when just over a month before the wedding he told us he had a corporate client and was no longer able to do our wedding. When we expressed that we were offended and disappointed by his decision to drop us as a client he never apologized for his actions. Only that he was sorry we were offended.

Jeffrey committed to providing floral arrangements for our late May wedding back in November, and refused to let us pay a deposit or put it in a contract. He pulled out a month before our wedding because a corporate client needed him that day, leaving us scrambling.
