Amazing experience! I know very little about flowers, but they patiently answered all my questions and put together an absolutely gorgeous arrangement for an ill friend. I called in the afternoon, the next morning they picked up fresh flowers, and by early afternoon the flowers were delivered. I was especially impressed that the arrangement contained some flowers that were in full bloom and some that were tight so my friend would be able to enjoy the arrangement for a long time. Oh, and did I mention that they took at video of the flowers and sent it to me before delivery? Wow! This is the best, kindest, most creative, and empathetic florist I have ever worked with. Thank you so much for such a wonderful collaboration!

Amazing customer service! I order flowers last minute for my mother birthday as the day snuck up on me, and delivery was is in North Oceanside. I was so happy to find next day delivery I didn't even look at how far they deliver. I got an email from Amy saying that it is out of their usual delivery range but she could take it on her way home if I was ok with it being delivered later in the day! I thought that was amazing and so sweet and kind!
