placed an order at 4pm previous day arrived the next day early morning very nice flowers, friendly delivery guy, and very nice on the phone.

My sister sent me a flower arrangement for my birthday and looked NOTHING like what she ordered. The water looked like it was sitting there a week, cloudy. It was not worth what she paid for. It looks like the flowers Were cut from someone's front yard. Although a sweet gesture, my sister deserves her money back.
