Used to be good. Now it's attended by paranoid young lady on Sundays. Poor customer skills that makes you very uncomfortable

I LOVE their $5bouquets... Always leave with more than one, but they're always just what I need.. It's good to also know that they have a second location... Also on garey..

I initially posted a negative review of this store, a year ago because of terrible service we received on Valentine's day.nnToday, my mother took me with her to the store because she needed an arrangement even after I told her that I thought this store sucked.nnIt changed completely.nnFirst off, the lady who was a complete witch (feel free to replace the first letter of that last word with another one) to us last time got fired. It is under new management, the owners are trying to pick the store back up because the last manager wasn't only rude to us, she was rude to everybody. She would literally hang up on customers and cancel their orders for them if she thought them inconvenient to HER schedule.nnUpon arrival, the young lady in the front desk greeted us nicely and asked us if we needed help. She was extremely nice and helpful, and the manager came out (Monica) and helped us as well. We had a large order, and we stayed there for a while because we weren't sure what to get but they were EXTREMELY patient and helpful. They were really nice and stuff, they even gave us water and stuff because it (is) a hot day.nnI highly recommend this store under the new management and ownership. I heard it said that the old manager (the b/witch) opened a flower shop somewhere in Holt. Don't go there. Go here. This is the place to go for your flower arrangements.nnTheir collection is vast and lovely and they always have specials.nthey are bilingual, they speak spanish and english.

I ordered a bouquet using this firm's on line site. I called the next day to check if my order was processed and the flowers timely delivered. Without any apology, I was told that the website was not functioning properly and that they had no record of my order. When I asked if my credit card was billed for the transaction, I was told to call my credit card company to check. The woman with whom I spoke offered no apology for the error and made no effort to make things right. When I expressed my dissatisfaction for her response, she told me to call another florist. She then hung up on me. This florist simply does not respect its customers.

Good pricesnThis is the second time that the just give me the flowers and then just walk away with out thank me not because prices are good justify having bad customer service
