I love this vet and staff! Dr Luke is so caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to help families get their pets the best care and price. He is genuine and kind and will give you all the facts, options, care plans and plan A, plan b and cnRebecca at the front is so friendly and helpful and always listens and helps get the right treatment. I drive over an hour away to keep my pets with Dr Luke and It is well worth it!

Place came highly recommended by family members who are regular customers. Made a 3:30 p.m. appointment. Upon arrival I called the office to notify it of our arrival, per its instruction during the pandemic. Seven other customers arrived after us and received immediate attention. After waiting 1 hour 18 minutes with no service or explanation, we left and made an appointment with another vet

I couldn’t recommend this place more. We had an emergency with our dog after hours and DR. Luke came in with no hesitation. He was probably the friendliest medical professional I’ve ever met we will be going here from now on for all of our animal needs. Again Dr. Luke THANK YOU!

Finally got my dog in to see the vet during COVID. It took 3 months because the entire staff contracted COVID and had to reschedule everyone. Needless to say, we've had a lot of phone calls back and forth to schedule and reschedule my pet-- even emails with photos of my pets problem asking if they could treat her there. Discussing possible therapies, etc. No mention the entire time of appointment protocols because of COVID. We drive into the parking lot and there are numbers for parking your car then calling in to let them know you are there, which we gladly did. They ask us to wait, which we did. Of course we were early in case we needed to fill out paperwork. Twenty five minutes later, now 15 minutes after our appointment, still nothing. We see a worker going to the car in front of us with a mask around her mouth, but not her nose. That car drives off and not even a nod to us in line. So, I mask up, go to the door and ask what's up? They say there are two pets in front of me and to be patient. I go back to my car, the lady with the mask around her mouth shows up takes my dog for 5 minutes, then shows up again with my dog and says she needs to give my dog a full complement of shots because there are none in her record. (Keep in mind we've had months to prepare for this moment and have any records sent to them they may have needed to inform the appointment). I tell her my dog is up do date and thank you. She takes my dog with her mask around her mouth. She comes back with my dog in minutes and says it needs a rabies shot and they can't/won't treat her without one. I ask her why the office is waiting until after my appointment time to inform me of this when we've had literally months to prepare for this moment. She asks me to call my vet on a Saturday morning, get the files sent to them, then they could see my pet. I inform her this is no way to run a business and it's not fair to my vet in another state to ask them to stop what they are doing on a busy Saturday morning to send you guys files you should have asked for months ago. I can assure you I would have had everything well in advance of this appointment. So, I chose to leave rather than give money to a clearly poorly run vet office not even following basic CDC guidelines for COVID precautions.

This was my first visit to Three Springs Animal Hospital and I was so pleased. I had visited three other vets in the area, and was still looking for a vet's office with high quality, personalized service and reasonable pricing. I believe I have found it at Three Springs. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and the vet tech and veterinarian were both friendly, professional and treated my dog very well. There is plenty of parking, the wait time was reasonable, and the office was clean. The prices were reasonable and the location is the best for me, right off I65 and Scottsville Rd, on Three Springs Rd. I will definitely go back.
