We have had all our dogs cared for through the kind hands of this hospital. They have been thoroughly professional and personal. My whole family, including the 8 dogs within each family, have benefited not only from the doctors, but also from the support staff at the desk, grooming and nursing. My wife and I feel confident when they have possession of our small family members. We take seriously the care of our animals and it is nice to know that they do too. They have been with us through the sad times and the uncertain times. My family runs a large business in town and feel that a professional and personal approach should be the rule, not the exception. That is we choose the Greystone Family.
We needed a second opinion about our pup. So glad we chose Greystone and Dr. Paxton for that opinion. He was extremely thorough in his exam and took the time to talk everything over with us and the procedures he did and thought should possibly be done. We felt we received excellent advice and care for our Beau. Also, this pet hospital receives an A++ on communication. We have found a new pet hospital in Greystone for our pup. Friendly and helpful. Got my animal in same day. During the pandemic, we must wait in our car and call. They come to take our animal for treatment. I did wait a bit for the doctor but grateful to get my cat some help right away.
Always great care when I take my dog to Greystone. I am given options regarding his care which I greatly appreciate. Everyone there is friendly and very professional. No one is put off by my many questions.
Dr. Paxton has been taking care of our toy poodle for years. I could not find a better vet than him.The whole staff there is very nice and caring. Could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Greystone for your fur babies.
