Banfield Pet Hospital

I was hesitant at first since it looked busy , but the staff was great . Everyone was smiling ,and very helpful. They answered all my questions,and more . The wait time was pretty good . I got to meet Dr.Miller he was great very knowledgeable. It was clear to see he loves animals .He made my dog feel comfortable, and even sat on the floor to go over my dogs physical exam .I will continue to go banfield.

Friendly staff.. reasonable prices. My puppy was happy..

Haven't visited there yet, so honestly i don't know, though Banfield has a great reputation

I used to love this place. My dogs have been coming here for over 9 years and my dog Travis was soo well taken care of by Dr. Carlson. Im not sure what happened....it seems like they started to overlook and get soo busy that they lost their personal touch. My husband called pretty much begging for an appointment, our dog Travis was seen by an emergency vet and diagnosed with mast cell cancer. We needed to get blood work for him and wanted Dr. Carlsons opinion. The receptionist on the phone was rude and cold and said I don't know what to tell you we are booked out for 3 weeks. We asked about other locations, and she said you will have to call them yourself and hung up.... we just told her our dog won't be alive long and she was soo cold. If Dr Carlson knew she would have snuck him in i just know it. I asked if the dr could give me a call back.... i never got a call back. I ended up taking him to the north Attleboro location and I am so glad that we did. The make vet was soo personable and spent about 20 minutes just talking with us and being amazing. I will follow up with him from now on.... the Johnston location has become about quantity and not quality and its very sad.... after he passes I might take all of my dogs off of the plan

Excellent staff and vets. They take time to listen to concerns and answer all questions. The added bonus of being inside the pet store makes for easy one stop shopping too.
