Topnotch from beginning to end. Brad was excellent in outlining and explaining with patience and compassion all the steps necessary to make our sad time memorable and proud. On the day of the burial, Brad and all members of the staff at the cemetery were friendly, sympathetic, efficient and understanding. This was not our first experience with Maceroni's and once again, we were not disappointed. No matter what kind of arrangements we requested, they were able to accommodate us with no problem. Most of my conversations were with Brad, and he could not have been more patient or helpful, plus he made himself available according to our needs. Whatever I neglected to think of, he remembered; there was not one base that was not covered. It was a very difficult time for our family, and their kindness and compassion made us feel very comfortable and secure. As much as we hope that we do not need the services of a funeral home again in the near future, if we did we would go back to Maceroni's.
