They are the worst they held my cat till I came up with a payment not a problem I was told by one your card was declined ther is no money on which there was it was not activated and I I had a certificate for her spay which was told me by by the Dr to try for the person said we don't take any thing charity then she oh sorry yes we do then talk to someone else who new ok I oh a balance had to beg my sister to pay for it she called 3 times before she got an person on the phone they brought my cat to me after sitting in my car for over an hour crying thank you for the worst vet experience ever and she sat in a carrier all day dr says when you drop them off there is no set time for surgery well you are the only one I have been to thats ever done that.
