When my Father passed and then my mom, Johnson Vaughn Phelps was wonderful, compassionate and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love them.
Would not let friends see the deceased. Due to the virus we could not see the deceased but we could congregate 10 feet away in mass groups. Made zero sense, also was rather expensive for the lack of service we received. Other funeral homes were cheaper for better service during this virus. And they watched the visitation like a hawk not allowing the family to have privacy during grieving loss of their grandmother.
I went here on a service call to help optimize their audio system and i was thoroughly impressed with their business. The staff is very kind, proffesional, and approachable. The building is very nice and would be a lovely place for a funeral. Would reccomend.
Our loss was devastating. I could never thank Ms Stice and the staff of Johnson-Vaughn Funeral Home enough for their help and support. Very caring professionals whom I will never forget.
