Went in to get something delivered for a funeral. The lady that helped me was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. I did go ahead and make a purchase since the funeral will be tomorrow(hope it’s there on time & right since she was in such a rush) but definitely won’t be going back.
My boyfriend ordered me flowers from here for Valentine’s Day, to be delivered the day before Valentines... since I was going out of town. My boyfriend is from out of state and called them directly to place order. The order was not delivered they day before Valentines, like they said they would. Instead it came on Valentine’s Day at 7:45 in the morning, when I had already left. And it had my name all wrong on the order. My boyfriend then called them and they wanted someone to come pick up the order since they couldn’t guarantee a time!!! Needless to say he asked for a full refund and won’t be ordering again!!!
I am from Owensboro and wanted specific flowers delivered to my daughter on the day she was to arrive home from her trip. I just got a text from her sharing a photo of the beautiful arrangement. Excellent service!
I ordered a very expensive Christmas bouquet for my mother in a nursing home. I live out of state. It’s a Telafloral arrangement. So I could see what I ordered. When I saw the picture of the one that was delivered to my Mom I was very disappointed! I called them and they said it wasn’t the correct one. They assured me they would send the correct one. Well now my Mom has two of the cheaper looking bouquets that are incorrect. So disappointed that I trusted them to keep their word and correct it.
