I ordered a happy birthday bouquet for the girl I’m dating. Ordered it late at night in October 8th and set the delivery to be in early November. Instead, it had come the very next day a month ahead of schedule.nI called and explained the mistake and they instantly accepted responsibility and agreed to deliver again on the previously agreed date free of charge. Good ethics. The bouquet was very beautiful and well set up in a nice vase.
I received a bouquet on Friday afternoon. By Sunday morning several of the flowers were dead. I pulled them out and realized the stems were so short they could not make it into the vase. Otherwise it was a lovely arrangement.
Artistic, beautiful arrangement was delivered to my daughter. We both couldn't have been more pleased with the my purchase.; exactly what I asked for. The two people we spoke with and met couldn't have been more cordial or helpful. We have found our florist in the Bowling Green Area.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday. What she received was an embarrassment. If you cannot fulfill orders correctly—do not take the order.
The first lady we dealt with seemed to have better things to do rather than deal with us.nnWe later came back after discussing and shopping, and dealt with a man there (forgot name) and he was an delight to deal and talk with. His work on the two bouquets and spray were spot on and beautiful. Got lots of comments on his work! Thank you! My sis would of loved them.ud83dude22
