W.117-Madison Station

Great service, I just wish they would put hand sanitizing stations at all rapid stations. They need to ENFORCE masks also. There is a City and County order stating everyone needs to wear masks in public places. I see about half of the riders following this order.

A recent renovation has made it cleaner and easy to navigate the station. The architecture is nice as well. Unfortunately the entire station had a urine odor to it.

Sketch ball city. Dangerous, intimidating. Mid-day! Not safe at all. Security presence much needed. This place is very rough. Not one staff member seen. I've passed through here four times.nnMy advice, walk with a purpose and get through it!

Easy parking, access to the train to downtown or the airport.

It's a rapid station, it's clean but sometimes the wackos are up there
