Ordered over 130$ worth of product for staff appreciation a week before delivery. Was told that businesses were the first delivery of the day and ensured it would be there by 12. Called at 11:30 to confirm delivery. Called at 12:30 said en route. Called at 1:15 and they ignored my call. Drove to the store to get my refund since my event was already over. NOT ONCE did she apologized or offer an explanation. Complete disregard for their customers. I will never purchase from there again. Find a local shop that does it out of their kitchen for better results.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries had them delivered and majority of them were moldy. They asked for pictures I immediately provided multiple to the number that was provided then I spoke with general manager, she automatically assumed I wanted a refund which I never said she honestly could've just had fresh ones delivered. Instead I got there's nothing we can do I'm sorry our fruit is cut daily but the pictures clearly state they don't. This was my first and last time ever ordering from them especially because they were a surprise for my spouse who loves them ...Thats terrible customer service

Hello everyone try not to order that this location because they lie and unprofessional. I placed an order at 10am I called at 1pm to see if they had the right address and I was told the order was out and she be to me soon. I called back at 245 and then was told my order was still there lied to a faithful customer looks bad. Then the fact that the woman who answered the phone wasn't not polite toward me and slam the phone down mid conversation while I was talking not yelling or being rude. I didn't appreciate that as a customer and as a person I wish the manager would reach out to me but this is very sadd..I just wanted to order for a friend that was having a rough day

It's a little pricey but everything I've had tasted great. I especially liked the chocolate covered bananas. It is covered in white and milk chocolate and much better than I expected since I'm not usually a fan of banana.

I ordered from here early in morning and was never delivered. Called 3 times to see where they were and was told they will be on its way. The 3rd phone call I was told it’s invalid address which that is lie. Don’t ever order from the Lakewood location! Don’t know how people can’t do their job!
