I called and ordered an arrangement for the passing of a fury family member. I gave my price range, and asked that they send something beautiful. She went above and beyond and sent the sweetest, dog themed picture frame with the flowers. Thank you for your kindness and for helping in a small way to remember their fur baby.

Wonderful phone service very courteous. I was told a GPS would be used for the delivery. That did not happen. They could not find it. Called the receiver and ruined the surprise delivery for them. I asked for my money back and they would not give it to me. Instead made the delivery anyway to her residence. The element of surprise was ruined due to them calling her instead of me. A mistake is alright but not following through the refund process upset me . I paid a high price for a flower in a vase that is not even gonna last a long time . Poor business etiquette and I will be calling Better Business Bureau. :) The least they could have done was refund a delivery fee of $15 when instructions were quite clear to only call my number if problems. I had already paid $40 for the annual.

The flowers that I ordered for a funeral were beautiful!! They were very much appreciated!!! Thank you for a wonderful job!! The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was my sisters birthday & I live out of state, this was my first time ordering a bouquet online.nI'm Extremely thankful for D&M florist for getting the roses delivered timely. The roses where larger than expected, however it was not exactly as the photo online I assume they where out of flowers to add. All in all great service , thanks again!
