The elderly man who opened the door to let my daughter in, wasn't very gentle when he dumped her cat out of his cat carrier and jabbed the cat with a needle right in front of her. My daughter was extremely upset and irritated when she watched him.

We are in Ft Ann area for the summer escaping the high Covid numbers in Florida. Our 16 year old poodle has had congestive heart failure for 3 years and on meds for 3 months. He responded well until last week and then took a nosedive. Coughing, not sleeping with us, no appetite. We could not watch him suffer. Called several veterinarians in the area. All said they were under staffed and could not see us. Dr. Lansing answered his phone and got us in 3 hours later. He and his wife were professional, caring and efficient. Can’t say enough good about the care. For under $300 our fur baby was quickly and painlessly euthanized. We will pick up his ashes in 2 to 3 weeks. Cremation was included in the cost.

While on vacation, my dog got sick. I left a message for Dr. Lansing on Sunday morning, expecting to hear back from him when he opened on Monday, but he called back shortly after and said he could see Petey right away. He and his wife were awesome with Petey, diagnosed and treated him (Petey had a bad reaction to some table scraps I gave him...don't make my mistake), and had Petey on his way and on the mend quickly. Dr. Lansing said he would be better by the evening and he was. What a relief!! Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Lansing!! Many thanks!! I highly recommend this knowledgable and gentle team - wish he practiced in my neck of the woods.
