Did not appreciate her lecture in regard to missing a past appointment. As a paying customer I will be treated with respect and if such expectations can not be met, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Her care of the animal's however, still appeared to be fairly thorough so I gave her two stars as opposed to one.
We had to go in to have our cat put to sleep and they were sympathetic and lovely. The vet is kind but more analytical, so not everyone appreciates her manner. I find her thorough.
I will agree with all the others when I moved up here from North Carolina I made sure they had the records up here and made sure they had all the stuff set up and also had a appointment ready for the pets... but when I called about a week before the appointment this is 2 months after I had everything set up as I thought. But when I called they could not find the records and could not find the appointment! So I did call them unprofessional and told them they need a better file system. And then today 1/13/2021 I called trying to give them another chance and the vet would not even speak to me mind you I am at home on covid leave so I can’t go anyplace... they called the cops on my and told the cops I was sitting out side in there driveway. When I was home and then they had one of there vet assistant call my cell phone 5 times and also say some not ok things! I believe this has my name in this I have recordings of a couple calls I had with the vets and if anyone would like to hear them of proof I would be happy to send them to you just look up my name on Facebook thank you but I would say this vet is heartless and disrespectful should not be in business with how many bad things she has in the reviews think I saw more bad then good!
Have been coming here over the years for everything from dogs and cats to most recently a rabbit and I've consistently been impressed and satisfied by both their knowledge and professionalism. I feel like my animals are in trusted hands when they are seen here and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
First time visitor. My 10 year old German shepherd Sammy was a little nervous. But it was good for him to get a ride in the truck. He has new shampoo and some medicine. Thanks again Shawn Savage and Sammy
